The 3-year Service Agreement with a 2-year extension has been awarded to Kemada for their successful delivery of projects working with KWSD during the past 7-years, demonstrating the company’s in-house ability to deliver projects of this type from detailed design, installation and commissioning of Civil Engineering and M&E scopes using a direct labour force, whilst during this period providing KWSD with confidence in Kemada’s ability and presenting a dependable service.

To complement our continuing SPS Refurbishment and Minor Works framework success with Kelda Water Services (Defence) a further accolade to the business is being selected as one of the three preferred partners to manage KWSD Health & Safety Stand Down works for Region 1 (Devon & Cornwall) and Region 5 (South Midlands and Central areas).

The works are associated with Health & Safety Improvements for the prevention of slips, trips and falls, implementing a planned schedule of works to improve assets and prevent possible risk to site operatives and operations. The works will be managed by Kemada’s existing project management team, with both direct employed site operatives for Civil and M&E disciplines assigned to undertake the scope of works on site all of whom are Security Cleared.
